# How to Book a Group Event or Charter with Coastal Rides

**14-Passenger Shuttle Service** ** (Sunshine Coast Only)**:

* **8:00 AM – 8:00 PM:** $175 per hour
* **8:00 PM – 10:30 PM:** $225 per hour
* **10:30 PM onwards:** $260 per hour
* All rates are subject to a 5% GST and a 15% gratuity. A minimum booking of 2 hours is required per shift.

**9-Passenger Shuttle Service (Sunshine Coast Only)**:

* **8:00 AM – 8:00 PM:** $165 per hour
* **8:00 PM – 10:30 PM:** $200 per hour
* **10:30 PM onwards:** $225 per hour
* All rates are subject to a 5% GST and a 15% gratuity. A minimum booking of 2 hours is required per shift.

**6-Passenger Shuttle Service (Sunshine Coast & Comox Valley)**:

* **8:00 AM – 9:00 PM**: $135 per hour
* **8:00 PM – 10:30 PM**: $145 per hour
* **10:30 PM onwards **: $150 per hour
* All rates are subject to a 5% GST and a 15% gratuity. A minimum booking of 2 hours is required per shift.

**4-Passenger Car Hourly Service (all areas)**:

* **8:00 AM – 8:00 PM:** $95 per hour
* **8:00 PM – 10:30 PM**: $100 per hour
* **10:30 PM onwards:** $120 per hour
* All rates are subject to a 5% GST and a 15% gratuity. A minimum booking of 2 hours is required per shift.
