I got charged for a ride I cancelled

When you book a ride, our system does a pre authorization for the ride fare. If you cancel before the driver starts to drive to pick you up, the pre-authorization is cancelled and there is no cancelation fee. If you cancelled after the driver starts to drive to pick you up, a cancelation fee may be charged. See our

The cancelled pre-authorization may take a day or two to be removed by your bank. Please check with your bank if it is taking longer than a few days and let us know, after 2 business days we can provide a tracking code to use to follow up with your bank.
